He is mostly famous for designing Men’s dresses. His achievements are due to his professionalism and have struggled hard to establish Men’s Fashion in Pakistan. In Pakistan he runs his own boutique and has got 5 stores within Pakistan and retails through 17 stockiest worldwide.

This versatile designer sets his own style statement rather than following any tradition or ongoing fashion trends. His Men’s wear collection includes embroided Kurtas, sherwanis, shirts and in addition to that he also designs Bridal wear along with bridal accessories, formal wear and Saries as well. He has been involved in several national and international Fashion shows and has presented his designed items. He has earned a lot of fame and appreciation in Dubai Fashion Show and Zargalli premier. He has also achieved LUX and Indus Style awards. Moreover this talented designer was chosen as a brand ambassador for the World Gold Council and later for Dupont Lycra at the age of 23.
Deepak Perwani noteworthy achievement includes his entry into “Guinness Book of World Records”, as he created “The World’s largest Kurta” that was about 101 feet tall and 59 feet 3 inches wide and this achievement was accomplished in year 2007. According to him, “the kurta is an essential symbol of Pakistani attire, and has successfully put it on the global map.
In Fashion Pakistan Week 5, he presented his prêt collection titled, “Frieda Goes to Khardar”. Currently he is working on the project of AHAN instigated by SMEDA to support 180 women in Sukkar, Mirpur Sakro, Mirpurkhas, Ambh and Mithib in a bid to lessen poverty and to lend a hand to poor women of Sindh so that they can earn sustainable livelihood for themselves. In London, his recent collection was shown at Pakistani High Commission under the benefaction of the extrovert ambassador Dr. Maliha Lodhi.
